PAYMENT PLAN AGREEMENT
Effective January 1, 2010 the payment plan agreement starts the 1st of every month or upon the enrollment date of your child(ren). B&GC offers three full-time plans. The prices are discounted at half price during the month of December whereas the club will be closed 2wks for the Christmas Holiday. In all other circumstances, including Thanksgiving and other school closings, full payment is expected regardless of attendance. The plan price per member is as follows:

After-School Programs

(Jan, Feb, Mar, Apr, May, Sep, Oct, Nov, & Dec)

Monthly Payment Plan $60: Payment in full is due no later than the 1st of each month. After the 2nd or next BGC business day, a late fee of $10 per day will be charged until the full balance due is paid.  If the 2nd of the month falls on a weekend or a designated holiday, payment is due on the next BGC business day. The monthly fees are based on yearly tuition which includes 5 week months (i.e., no extra payment is required during the 5 week months). 

Quarterly Payment Plan $180: Payment in full is due no later than the 1st of each quarter (Jan, Apr, Jul, Oct). After the 2nd day in that quarter or next BGC business day, a late fee of $20 per day will be charged until the full balance due is paid.  If the 2nd of the quarter falls on a weekend or a designated holiday, payment is due on the next BGC business day. The quarterly fees are based on yearly tuition which includes 5 week months, (i.e., no extra payment is required during the 5 week months).

Annual Payment Plan $660: Payment in full is due     no later than the 1st of January. Paying one year in advance discounts you for one month at no charge.

For multi-children families: calculate Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Payment Plan accordingly (x4):

1st Child—$60 2nd Child—$55           3rd Child—$45

Summer Camp Plan - June 14 thru Aug 13 (9 weeks) 

                            $400 per member

Payment in full is due no later than May 28th before the start of Summer Camp on June 14th. Snacks are included in the fee.

PLEASE NOTE:

BGC WILL NOT HOLD SPOTS FOR MEMBERS ABSENT FOR MORE THAN ONE WORKING WEEK WITHOUT PAYMENT IN FULL. After which a $65 re-instatement fee will be charged in addition to the monthly fee.

BGC offers automatic payment for your convenience through automatic bank withdrawals and requires monthly/quarterly payments to be made through electronic Funds Transfer, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Money Order, Personal/Business Checks or cash.

ENROLLMENT

Enrollment will be limited to 350 members to ensure a well-supervised program. Children maybe enrolled at any time during the school year or summer as long as space is available. A processing list exists for opening opportunities. Annual renewals are based on the calendar year whereas all memberships will expire on December 31st and re-new on January 1st one year exactly.

RETURNED CHECKS
If an automatic draft payment is returned for insufficient funds. All returned payments must be cleared with cash or money orders immediately. At any rate a $10 per day will apply from the day after the payment was due until the account is settled, in addition to an NSF fee of $30 per transaction. Members cannot return to BGC until the account is settled, including NSF fees.

HOURS OF OPERATION
The Boys & Girls Club will operate on the following schedule:

2:30pm - 7:00pm   After-School Program

7:30am – 6:00pm   Summer Camp Program
2:30pm - 6:00pm   School Days Out, Holidays and  early dismissals

Other Closed Days: May 31– June 11, July 5, August 16-27

Parents will be informed in advance for other revised hours and a complete calendar and monthly newsletters will be provided and flyers will be posted and sent home reminding parents. Please check the front desk for information on important dates, club activities and field trips.

 HOLIDAYS

The Boys & Girls Club will operate on each day that School is in session. Additionally, the Boys & Girls Club will operate on a full day basis on

certain school holidays and teacher in-service days.

On full days (except during the summer program), members should bring a sack lunch that includes a canned or plastic (no glass) bottled non-carbonated beverage. Because of high volume, microwaveable lunches are not acceptable. If members are released early from school because of teacher in-service training, the BGC staff will supervise the BGC members.

BGC will close a couple days in January for a SC State Professional Association All Staff Training.

BGC will recognize and observe the following Holidays:

Memorial Day

4th of July Labor Day, Thanksgiving (and the day after),Christmas, New Years
